All predictions and information are provided for informational and educational purposes only and not intended as personalized investment advice​. You understand that the Service does not guarantee any specific outcome or profit.

All information, predictions, and signals provided by Celestiya are not financial or investment advice​. Blackjak AI is not a registered investment advisor, and the content is general in nature. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You should always conduct your own research or consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions. By using our Service, you acknowledge that stock trading involves risk, and you assume full responsibility for any trades or investments you make, including any loss of money.

When using Celestiya, you agree to:

• Lawful Use: Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Personal Use: Use the predictions and data for your personal, non-commercial use. You will not redistribute or resell our predictions without permission.
• No Abuse: Do not attempt to hack, disrupt, excessively scrape, or reverse-engineer our app or algorithms. Do not use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or overburden our infrastructure.
• No Improper Content: Do not input or transmit any material that is harmful, fraudulent, or violates any third-party rights (including intellectual property or privacy rights).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these rules or engage in unlawful or inappropriate conduct​.

• Pricing: Users are charged per prediction at the rate disclosed in the app (for example, a certain fee per stock prediction). You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes for each prediction request at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change, but any changes will be communicated or posted in advance.
• Billing: Payments are processed via [Processor Name] or the app store billing system. You must provide a valid payment method. By submitting a payment, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge the specified fees to your payment method.
• Refunds: All sales are final. Once a prediction is delivered to you, we do not offer refunds for that service. Because you gain immediate value from the information, you cannot “return” a prediction after it is provided. However, if you did not receive the prediction due to a technical error or were charged without receiving service, please contact us at {{ support_email }} within 3 so we can review the issue. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Personal Decision-Making: You are solely responsible for any investment decisions you make. Blackjak AI and Celestiya do not guarantee any outcome and are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from actions you take based on our predictions
• Account Security: You will maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for any loss due to compromised credentials if not caused by our negligence.
• Accuracy of Information: While we strive for accuracy, no prediction or data provided is guaranteed to be correct, current, or complete
• Financial data and algorithms have limitations and may contain errors. Use your judgment and double-check critical information.
• Compliance: You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Service, including securities laws. You will not use the Service in a jurisdiction where such financial prediction services are illegal or require licensing that Blackjak AI doesn’t possess.

All content and materials on Blackjak AI (including software, algorithms, predictions, text, logos, and graphics) are owned by or licensed to blacjak.org. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service and view the predictions for your personal use. You must not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission. Any feedback or suggestions you provide to us regarding the Service may be used by us without obligation or compensation to you, and you hereby grant blacjak.org a worldwide, royalty-free license to use and incorporate feedback.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. We collect and use personal data as described in that policy (e.g., we may collect your email, device info, and usage data to operate and improve the Service). By using Celestiya, you consent to these data practices.

Celestiya is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Blackjak AI makes no warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service. We expressly disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that any investment outcome will be achieved. Use the Service at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blackjak AI will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of or reliance on the Service. We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from any events beyond our control, or from any errors or omissions in the Service content.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blackjak AI, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claim or demand (including legal fees) made by any third party due to or arising out of your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account without notice if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct. Upon termination, your right to access the Service will cease immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (such as disclaimers, limitation of liability, etc.) will remain in effect.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved through an agreed dispute resolution mechanism. By using the Service, you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
